How are partner fees structured?

Flat, fair‑market‑value fees for logistics, technology, and administration—never per‑test or revenue‑based.

Do you guarantee specimen volume?

No. Any estimates are non‑binding and for planning only.

How do you route specimens?

Patient choice first. If no preference, objective criteria (insurance, proximity, turnaround, capacity).

Do you take a percentage of our reimbursements?

No. We do not revenue‑share and we do not accept per‑test fees.

Are you CLIA‑certified?

UTI Network coordinates logistics and technology. Our partner labs carry CLIA certification and required state licenses.

Do you work with Medicare?

Labs bill payors directly, including Medicare, when medically necessary and compliant.

What about HIPAA?

We use HIPAA‑aware processes, execute BAAs as appropriate, and maintain audit trails.

Can we upgrade packages later?

Yes—tiers reflect service scope (physician coverage, logistics, QA cadence). Upgrades do not guarantee volume or revenue.

What is the turnaround time?

Operational targets are provided; turnaround depends on geography, capacity, and medical necessity.

Who selects the tests?

The ordering physician. We do not influence medical decision‑making.
